Terminology: The data presented here are based on four types of copier or printer transaction:

  • Penn-ID debits
  • VTS courtesy, vendor-card uses
  • Departmental transactions using accounts for academic departments, and
  • Cash transactions.

Coverage: Photocopier data begin with January 2001. Printer data begin with March 2001.

Accessing Data: Data processed prior to May 2004 are available in earlier Data Farm formats. Choose the Legacy Report link below for access. Data after May 2004 are accessible in summary form using the Dashboard option or by location or in demographic catagories using the Report Builder.
